Altar Servers receive the privilege of assisting the clergy at the celebration of Mass. They assist in all matters on the Altar. Outside of Mass, Altar Servers lead processions, serving as the first members of the Parish the community see as the Statue of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel passes people in the street on July 16.
